Starting June 1, drivers can book a knowledge test for all driver’s licence classes. Customers can book their knowledge test up to six weeks in advance by calling ICBC Driver Licensing customer contact centre to leave a voice message for a call back. Drivers who fail their knowledge test must re-book by phoning the Driver Licensing Customer Contact Centre in Victoria. The seven-day wait period between knowledge testing applies. All knowledge test appointments will remain at 45 minutes per test.Class 5-8 learner drivers whose learner’s licence expired on or after March 17 will have their knowledge test fee waived for their first attempt only.
